Shipping policy

After payment is finalized orders are added to roster to prepare for shipping. 

Orders are timed to minimize time in transit, typically at the beginning of the week, to attempt to avoid weekends or holidays.  

All orders will be brought for processing within 24 hours of final preparation.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at the time of the order.

Packaging is in cardboard boxes or tubes, with padding filler, which not only restricts possible damaging movement but also provides insulation against temperature fluctuations.  This is a strong safety measure for safe transport. Additionally, all packages have USPS approved stickers for safe handling.

IN THE EVENT OF UNSEASONABLE WEATHER WE MAY, AT OUR DISCRETION, DELAY SHIPMENT OR ADVISE ADDTITIONAL MEASURE SUCH AS POST OFFICE PICK-UP ONLY/NO DELIVERY OR RECOMMEND PACKAGING HEAT PACKS.  Heat packs are listed in the Supplies category for purchase.

All reasonable efforts will be made to combine orders in the event multiple orders are placed.  If we are able to combine orders and save shipping costs the difference will be refunded to the customer. 

Shipping is a direct cost, meaning we do not inflate for any profit nor de we charge a handling fee nor a restocking fee--some things are simply part of doing business.
